No, that's not how things work on WIkipedia. We prefer to discuss here out in the open, where everybody can see it. If you can't abide by that, this might not be a place for you. I've removed your email from this message so it won't be scraped by spambots. You can enable the "email this user" feature by adding your email in your user preferences. what? my ban has been revoked on my old account. this is my new account.i have no puppet. NikolaiSergevichKutzenov (talk) 16:12, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Which old account? EvergreenFir (talk) 16:14, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
i used t have an account called nikonovnikolai, which is permanently banned. i made some actions previously which i now regret. NikolaiSergevichKutzenov (talk) 16:15, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
the reason i rmeoved so much on 3 was because i was adding a more descriptive description of those steps, as you cna see on the preceeding and suceeding edits. NikolaiSergevichKutzenov (talk) 16:22, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
how is 1 2 or 3 disruptive? i jsut added back non disruptive eddits from my previous account.the 4th was my own draft. NikolaiSergevichKutzenov (talk) 16:20, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Yes, as you point out, you -- not your account -- are permanently banned. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 16:36, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

that is literally the exact opposite of what i said, i said my old account is permanetly banned, not me. my ip used to be banned. NikolaiSergevichKutzenov (talk) 16:40, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You misunderstand. There may have been a block on your IP that has expired, but you, the person behind the computer screen, are blocked from editing until you are able to successfully appeal the block of you main account. It is against policy for you to edit under any account or IP even if you are technically able to create a new account or edit as an IP due to an expired IP block. Request reason:

i do not misunderstand, the thing i do not understand is why i was banned. links 1, 2, 3 and 4 provided by EverGreenFir all have no disruptive editing nor do they have disputes. they are me correcting pages, since someone reverted normal edits of my old account, just because i was banned, without any correct reason, and 4th is just a draft of an article of my old account. on no recent occasion, nor on this account have i disruptive-ly edited without me noticing what i had done, and quickly reverting it, except for a few cases.if you would like, i could provide my ip address to prove i do not have any active alt accounts at all, nor have i ever edited while being an ip address. this can not even be counted as edit wars which can be counted as disruptive editing. the only edit wars i have ever participated in is while i was making normal edits, and clicked publish and coincidentally someone else happened to be editing, making us merge edits. I admit, i have done disruptive editing on this account, although at the time i thought it was normal editing, but that has also since been sorted and i now admit it. link 4 was an edit by my old account made in april, and that account has since been banned and i no longer use, and i have already been held responsible for that mistake, and apologize for it. link 3 is just me moving paragraphs and sentences, and adding much more description to them and sometimes replacing them for lack of description.I would also like to point out i cannot be sockpuppet of NikonovNikolai my old banned account, which i now regret my actions on, since it is for one, permanently banned, and two, not in use. Please believe me when i say my edits are made in Good faith. I hope you understand, please have a nice day.NikolaiSergevichKutzenov (talk) 17:28, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Maybe it is a language or cultural barrier, but you greatly misunderstand this situation. You must return to your original account and appeal your ban there. If you make another appeal on this page, your ability to edit it will be removed. 331dot (talk) 19:09, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You will need to appeal via WP:UTRS as your original account does not have talk page access. 331dot (talk) 19:12, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

all i have tried to do is add information to wikipedia, and am returned with this.russian wikipedia is where i will stay. NikolaiSergevichKutzenov (talk)
why did you even unban my ip address if ypu just came back to annoy me anyway. i already previously requested an unban on the ticket system, but came up with "ticket not found". i havent done anything wrong.NikolaiSergevichKutzenov (talk)
IP addresses are never blocked indefinitely. The block on the IP expired, it was not removed. Searching your old username on UTRS did not bring up any results, did you appeal under your IP address? You should appeal under your old account name. The UTRS system does not work correctly if a user makes many appeals close together. 331dot (talk) 19:42, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
i dont want to return to english wikipedia anyway. I am fine.I prefer Russian. NikolaiSergevichKutzenov (talk) 19:45, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
