Can someone please tell me how I can properly nominate the Emily Aviva Kapor wikipedia article for deletion? 50.74.152.2 (talk) 15:09, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

for what reason? -- Yutah Andrei Marzan Ogawa123|UPage|☺★ (talk) 15:22, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

She (Emily Aviva Kapor) is not notable; not "worthy of notice," not "significant, interesting, or unusual enough to deserve attention or to be recorded." No major media has covered her. She has no known accomplishments.

Is it true that non-registered wikipedia users can't nominate an article for deletion?

Thank you. 50.74.152.2 (talk) 16:32, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

There is a duplicate wikipedia article: Al-Huda Islamic Academy and Charlotte Islamic School is ONE school. Can someone please merge these two article together? Thank you.

(The school was originally named "al-Huda Islamic Academy" but it is now named "Charlotte Islamic Academy" (not "Charlotte Islamic School").) 05:39, 11 March 2014 (UTC)

I have moved Charlotte Islamic School to Charlotte Islamic Academy, as that is the current title of the school, and redirected Al-Huda Islamic Academy to that article. I can't see any content Al-Huda Islamic Academy that is worth merging into the other article, but if you can then you are perfectly free to merge it yourself. (However, if you do so then it is essential to include an edit summary saying where you are merging content from.) Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Christina Marie Riggs has been reverted.
Your edit here to Christina Marie Riggs was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links in references which are discouraged per our reliable sources guideline. The reference(s) you added or changed (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=39572119) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The site you were adding contains information which is in violation of copyright. Please check if the information on the page is not in violation of copyright before considering to re-add the link.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Heleen Mees[edit]

Hi. I noticed that you've been involved in quite a heavy edit war over Heleen Mees. As a result of this I've blocked both you and the other editor for a short period of time. Please discuss your changes on the talkpage of the article before editing it again, and gain consensus for any further changes. If the edit warring continues once the block is over, it will only result in further blocks and/or the article being protected, making it impossible for either of you to edit it. Bjelleklang - talk 09:37, 19 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, thanks. The other keeps writing that Mees was sentenced to therapy and got probation, but that is untrue. There was no trial, there was no conviction, Mees did not plead guilty, so Mees can not be sentenced or get punishment. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.75.245.202 (talk) 10:29, 22 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.

Fauchon[edit]

Dear User

I have duly noted the modifications you have made to the Fauchon page, cancelling my versions. I would like to remind you of the ongoing discussions on this page, and refer you to the talk page, so that you are fully aware of the efforts under way to shorten this page, as per requests since February 2011.

You will understand when you read the talk page, that I cannot agree with the idea that the suggested cuts represent vandalism, since these cuts correspond to ongoing discussions to “clean up” this article. However, to cancel a text without seeking to optimise it is to undermine it, which is why I will also cancel your version.

To ensure that my intentions are as explicit as possible, please find the full text I suggest on the talk page. As you will see, the article is sufficiently comprehensive and avoids details that would make for difficult reading in an article undertaken on Wikipedia. But your contributions are welcome. I am not putting it on line for the moment, pending your input to improve it and suggest ways to optimise it.

I look forward to continuing to contribute together to improving this article, which, we would all seem to agree, requires some speedy editing.

This Wikipedia entry is about the history of Fauchon, a company with a rich history of over 125 years. The Wikipedia entry has been edited for over 10 years by 100 contributors. MrBebe however has disclosed to be working on behalf of the company and her editing has been mostly an attempt to promote products and marketing for the company. That is contrary to the spirit of Wikipedia.

If MrBebe wants to provide positive editing to the community, she should work on proper editing that provides useful information instead of eliminating historical information from the records to seek investors for the company. Wikipedia is not a promotional tool at the disposal of a corporation.

MrBebe has been doing vandalism as strictly defined on Wikipedia by suppressing the work of previous contributors plainly and brutally without editing instead of doing meaningful and careful editing. She would be well advised to stop this vandalism or risk being blocked for which request shall follow. Her past additions promote Fauchon's product and try to show only the marketing efforts of the company while it seeks to attract new investors. This is certainly not in synch with Wikipedia's culture and the spirit of this contributing community. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.92.229.25 (talk) 20:50, 9 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

ok thank you for your message. I will make it better and work on new editing, because my intention is not vandalism.... Please read the talk page, before reverting my versions, because we need to concentrate our efforts to reduce this article : as you will see, this article has too much details. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions MrBeBe (talk) 10:15, 12 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
