A through F[edit]

Hey, great to see this list-article. I see also that it covers sculptors with last names starting A through F currently. It is rare that I would know anything about anything, but I anticipate a Konti and a McNeil being covered in a future edition, presumably amongst numerous more. About this being "American sculptors", I assume immigrants are allowed.  :) Doncram (talk) 22:33, 6 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Doncram: This is a work in progress, a sort of companion piece to the much more ambitious List of American painters exhibiting at the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition. It was just published, so I put out my incomplete one too. I am currently embroiled in a case of vertigo so am not able to give this article the time I'd like to. Yes, immigrants are invited (current regime not withstanding) though neither Konti nor McNeil show up on the list I am working from - which does not, I think, include any of the outdoor sculpture at the expo. It is my intention to add those later. Or, someone else could? Carptrash (talk) 15:51, 8 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Different sections[edit]

It has been mentioned before, but perhaps we should divide the article into (1) sculpture in exhibition areas, (2) architectural sculpture and (3) sculpture on the grounds, bridges and fountains. This would, for one thing, break up the size of the article and allow for easier editing. it is also a fairly logocal way to divide it up. Carptrash (talk) 21:35, 14 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
