References tag[edit]

Given the apparently excellent list of references now included (and despite the lack of in-line citations), is there any reason that the tag should not be removed? Robertissimo 12:46, 9 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The references, photos and most of the article was mine. It was done before in-line citations were commonplace - and, we might as well be honest, i still have not figured out how to use them. (see Luddite) Anyway, i neither go around marking articles as needing this or that - nor do i unmark them when i do changes. Perhaps it is time for me to change? This is another thing[edit]

Davidson and I have in common. I never attended Yale either!! Carptrash (talk) 14:24, 13 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

(posthumous)[edit]

I am not quite sure what the inclusion of "(posthumous)" in his list of commissions is about. Davidson certainly did not create the works posthumously. Presumably these versions were cast after he died but it is an odd thing to include and I am in favor of removing them. Carptrash (talk) 16:45, 7 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
