Colonial Agent for Mass.[edit]
Several sources list Israel Mauduit as colonial agent for Massachusetts so I added it to the article. However, other sources describe his brother Jasper Mauduit as the agent between 1762 and 1765, when he was replaced by Benjamin Franklin. It is likely that various sources have confused the two brothers and put Israel instead of his brother. Alternatively it is possible that the two brothers simultaneously served as Colonial Agents (although this seems unlikely). Lord Cornwallis (talk) 15:29, 20 September 2011 (UTC)
