Thanks to whomever posted this article. This is a vital artist of early merengue, and he was part of the greater Latin music scene in NYC that included Cuban, Puerto Rican AND Dominican musicians (unfortunately the latter are often overlooked, yet their contributins were immense (one who was luckily NOT overlooked is the inimitable musical genius El Maestro Johnny Pacheco creator of Fania Records, and songerwiter/instrumentalist extraordinaire). I encourage anyone with ANY information on Viloria to post here (appropriate, relavent information only, of course!).
