Hi Warholresearcher, thank you for adding extra clarity to the information surrounding Fair Use. I am still very new at wikipedia and wanted to know why the references to the first two judgments of the legal battle (2017 and 2019) were removed. I think the inclusion of such detail would add to the depth of the article by highlighting the paradoxical judicial reasoning at different levels of the US legal system. Hence, demonstrating how subjective the court's decisions concerning copyright law can be.
