Welcome back[edit]

Hello, Valency, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Our intro page provides helpful information for new users—please check it out! If you need help, visit Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on this page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

One more thing: Please be bold when editing and updating articles! Don't worry about breaking things, as all previous versions of the page are kept in the page history, and reverting to a previous version is simple. The bottom line is: if you can see a way in which the article could be improved, go ahead and make those changes.

Happy editing! SENATOR2029 talk 19:36, 6 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Userspace draft of File Allocation Table[edit]

I added {{Userspace draft}} to your page User:Valency/My draft. This will help prevent any potential confusion between your work-in-progress and the encyclopedia article. Also, I placed a colon before the word "Category" (e.g. [[:Category:1980 software]]). The colon syntax will not add your draft to the listing of articles in the category, but will list the categories as links at the bottom of the article. When your draft is ready to be transferred to article space, remove the colons from the category links. Keep up the good work, you are on the right path. I am available to help you, if you'd like. Just leave a message on my talk page. SENATOR2029 talk 20:01, 6 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
