Hello, Marco Ciaramella. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Vincenzo Leuzzi, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Vincenzo Leuzzi to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.

If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Marco Ciaramella. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Alberto Ciaramella, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 22:48, 24 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Marco Ciaramella. It has been over six months since you last edited your Articles for Creation draft article submission, "SIP - Advanced Algorithms and Architectures for Speech and Image Processing".

In accordance with our policy that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. 1989 (talk) 00:44, 16 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Alberto Ciaramella[edit]

Hello, I have found some text I don't understand in your additions to Alberto Ciaramella. I realize you added this several years ago, but I'm hoping you can clarify (and, ideally, rewrite) the following:

"Extensive researches were conducted on Hidden Markov Model aimed to speech recognition tasks, by using small suchas big dictionaries and applied to many cases - e.g. the recognition of the children's voice, or browser navigation by voice."

Thank you, Jessicapierce (talk) 02:22, 1 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hallo @Jessicapierce:,
I agree with you that this sentence is unclear. Moreover, it is probably unclear that it was referred to the previous sentence, too. So, I propose this new text, summatized from the cited bibliography (in part. from what is stated in [12], [13], about some information of these algorithms and where they was used):
"In 1990 he co-authored one of a very first international patents of a real-time speech recognition. The system was based on a custom microprocessor [10][11], named RIPAC (Riconoscitore di Parlato Connesso - [12][13] optimized for the execution of Hidden Markov Model or Dynamic Time Warping algorithms, i.e. the most computationally intensive algorithms in speech recognition tasks. These algorithm advancements enabled also very challenging speech interaction solutions[14]. Other contributions include test and proposals in international communication standards, such as VoiceXML.[15]"
What do you think ?
Thank you,

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Suburban hotels (Garbatella) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Suburban hotels (Garbatella) moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Suburban hotels (Garbatella), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 19:06, 11 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Drafts that have not been edited for six months may be deleted, so if you wish to retain the page, please edit it again or request that it be moved to your userspace.

If the page has already been deleted, you can request it be undeleted so you can continue working on it.

Paolo Maria Martinez[edit]

Hello Marco Ciaramella,

I'm the editor who reviewed your article on Paolo Maria Martinez. I'd like to remind you that, when you add information to Wikipedia, it needs to be sourced precisely. It is not sufficient to just give the book title and the author's name since that would mean that I'd have to read the entire book to verify one single fact. Please try to remember to use page numbers in the future. Best, Modussiccandi (talk) 11:33, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
