Blackheaded Gull Photo[edit]

Hi Jodi, I'm usually a bit wary about this sort of commercial use, as I assume you do not want to attribute the original image to myself, nor license your work under Creative Commons? Technically, this would be necessary under the terms of the license... Can you give me an example of the sort of painting you do, and to what extent it would be a derivative of my work? Thanks for getting back to me. I'd be happy to release the image for you to work with, without any restrictions, as I have a better idea of how you would use it now. As your watercolour would be an interpretation and not a literal reproduction of the image, I don't have a problem with it. A simple credit of the original work would be nice but not strictly necessary and I'll leave that decision up to you.
