I agree with your math. But since the Democrats have 59 seats (60 minus Kennedy) out of 99 (100 minus Kennedy) they still maintain the reduced super-majority.

Hi! I saw on the talk page of this user that you had given her/him a last warning after persistent vandalising. Now I reverted an edit of his/her on the page on Polygamy and I found that he/she had made four other vandalising edits since the one you reverted. Maybe this user should be blocked?
