Thank you for reviewing my article. You left this comment: "This article uses bare URLs for citations, which may be threatened by link rot. Please consider adding full citations so that the article remains verifiable. Several templates and the reFill tool are available to assist in formatting. (reFill documentation) (March 2015)". Now, I do get that it's necessary to edit the references section, but when I go to "edit" the links don't appear, so I'm not sure how should I do it. Amirafturazzi (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 01:15, 13 March 2015 (UTC)

Amirafturazzi, All you have to do is click on the words in the tag box that say "ReFill Tool." The tool will automatically fill in the bare references for you! Best, Comatmebro ~Come at me~ 01:19, 13 March 2015 (UTC)

Wikification of Wilton Lackaye

I noticed that you marked that you had Wikified Wilton Lackaye; however, a review of the article shows that the Wikification was incomplete. Particularly the article was missing a large number of Wikilinks that should have been added. Adding Wikilinks is generally the primary aspect of Wikification; although, adding section headings, persondata, infoboxes, and wiki markup are still important. Ryan Vesey Review me! 05:12, 1 June 2012 (UTC)

Ah, thanks for the heads up. I normally add wikilinks as part of wikifying but I must have just not noticed the lack of them on this particular page. Probably because it didn't have a ton of content. I'll pay more attention to that on the next ones, thanks. Comatmebro ~Come at me~ 00:37, 2 June 2012 (UTC)

I have removed your proposed deletion tag from this article because your rationale of "Non-notable myspace band" was, to be frank, ridiculous. Please read up on what proposed deletion is for and our notability guidelines for music topics before making any further deletion nominations. Thanks. --Michig (talk) 07:04, 22 June 2012 (UTC)

That message seems a bit harsh. Whatever happened to wp:AGF? I was focusing mainly on sourcing when I was checking for notability. Out of the 4 sources on the page, 2 were Myspace pages and 1 was a blog. Most of the results from searching the band name were youtube videos or pages that just list the albums. Based on that and the fact that none of the individual band members were notable, I thought it didn’t pass notability guidelines. I didn’t realize that the notability guidelines for music were less strict than others, so I will look over the guideline more closely, but I don’t think it was “ridiculous” to think that band might not be notable. Comatmebro ~Come at me~ 16:42, 22 June 2012 (UTC)
The Fire Engines - a band that had hit albums/singles in 1980/81, with lots of coverage out there (e.g. [1]). Myspace - a website launched in 2003. There was already an Allmusic link in the external links that amply demonstrated that the band passes several of our notability criteria, such as releases on important independent labels, and at least one of the members is individually notable - we just don't have articles on them yet. AGF is all well and good, but we get articles deleted because people make snap judgments on articles, and I pointed this out in the hope that it won't happen again. How any band from the early 1980s can be a 'Myspace band' is beyond me, that's what I found ridiculous. Regards. --Michig (talk) 17:26, 22 June 2012 (UTC)
I made a mistake. I apologize. I always learn from mistakes so you can be assured that it won't happen again. Comatmebro ~Come at me~ 17:30, 22 June 2012 (UTC)
Fair enough. Happy editing. --Michig (talk) 18:34, 22 June 2012 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: Va Vai Va

Hello Comatmebro. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Va Vai Va, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: A9 does not apply if the artist has an article. Thank you. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 04:03, 11 July 2012 (UTC)

OK no problem. That one I was a little confused by because the reference given went to a diff artist than the one listed on the page. I should have just used the A7 tag. Looks like it was made into a redirect anyways which is good. Thanks for letting me know. Comatmebro ~Come at me~ 05:57, 11 July 2012 (UTC)

WikiProject Wikify and the future of wikification

Hi! There is an ongoing proposal at the project talkpage concerning the future of wikification, including possible deprecation of the {{wikify}} template which is being discussed at Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2012 August 10. Your input would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I'm N2e. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Brin Ohmsford, but you didn't provide a reliable source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, N2e (talk) 20:27, 13 August 2012 (UTC)

hey no worries, thanks for the heads-up. I'll see if I can find a credible source for it. Comatmebro ~Come at me~ 20:30, 13 August 2012 (UTC)

Removed your edit

You added the following, uncited, to the Human rights in Tunisia page on August 10:

The authorities have tight restrictions on freedom of expression, association and assembly, and government critics are harassed, threatened and imprisoned. Former political prisoners are also harassed, intimidated and subject to restrictions. Torture and other ill-treatment in police stations and prisons are reported. People prosecuted under the anti-terrorism law are sentenced to long prison terms after unfair trials. Death sentences are to be imposed, but the government maintains a moratorium on executions.

I found the following in the 2011 Amnesty report:

The authorities maintained tight restrictions on freedom of expression, association and assembly, and government critics continued to be harassed, threatened and imprisoned. Former political prisoners were also harassed, intimidated and subject to restrictions. Torture and other ill-treatment in police stations and prisons were reported. People prosecuted under the anti-terrorism law were sentenced to long prison terms after unfair trials. Death sentences continued to be imposed, but the government maintained a moratorium on executions.

Your addition has been removed.

Please deal with this problem

I've looked through your contributions and they're just loaded with copyright violations. Maybe you weren't aware of what that means, but you need to check this page and the Terms of Use, then fix all of these... if it means deleting them, then fine. I wouldn't do this if it weren't so serious... you add a lot of good things to the encyclopaedia so I'm pretty sure it's just a misunderstanding, but please, fix this problem quickly. PhnomPencil talk contribs 15:46, 22 August 2012 (UTC)

Hey I read through it and for that one above, I certainly see what you mean. As far as it being loaded with violations, is that referring to the plot summaries? I didn't think that was copyright infringement. Comatmebro ~Come at me~ 16:46, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
Hi, thanks for your quick reply! Yes it is... there's an example of an IMDb Copyvio in here for you to see. It looks like it was just an honest mistake, which we're all guilty of... but sooner or later it's got to be changed; best to do it now. Everything else you've done looks awesome, by the way. PhnomPencil talk contribs 19:14, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
Oh geez, sorry about that, yeah I had no idea. I'll skim through today and fix them up. Thank you! I appreciate the heads-up. Comatmebro ~Come at me~ 19:16, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
Cheers! I should mention I once cut and pasted paragraphs from WP to Wikitravel, which landed me into trouble over there, apparently that was a no-no. PhnomPencil talk contribs 19:23, 23 August 2012 (UTC)

Please don’t do template edits beyond your level of competence

You recently added a {{Reflist}} tag to the {{Pussy Riot member}} template (which was not intended to have a reflist) without bothering to check what it would look like on the pages transcluding it (which have their own reflists). While this fixed the error notice when viewing the template directly, it caused style/layout errors on the including pages that induced other editors to remove the reference to this template entirely without checking. Fixing all this took more work than I should have had to do. In the future, please learn what the <noinclude></noinclude> and <includeonly></includeonly> tags do before making edits that require their use.

Hello. Think you got the wrong end of the stick about the WP:BLPPROD you added to the above article. When you nominated this version of the page, you'll see it contained one source, albeit not reliable and not in the references section, that supported much of the content. But for a BLPPROD to be valid, "the process requires that the article contain no sources in any form (as references, external links, etc.), which support any statements made about the person in the biography" (original bolding). Once a BLPPROD has been properly placed, it can't be removed until and unless a reliable source has been added. Anyway, I've added some content and inline sourcing, so all is well. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 18:14, 22 March 2015 (UTC)

Sorry Struway2, I must have missed it because it wasn't listed under any reference section. Best, Comatmebro ~Come at me~ 22:50, 23 March 2015 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for January 5

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Scott Mallon, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page National Geographic. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Wouldn't it make more senee to instead write an article on his father who is notable. DC does not yet seem to have any published books, but his father wa extremely distinguished and meets WP:PROF in several respects. DGG ( talk ) 06:57, 27 February 2016 (UTC)

Yes, if his father meets the notability guidelines at a more sufficient level than this would make sense. I did not create the article, but was just simply making some edits. Perhaps you could propose this new article on the D.C., Schindler talk page? Comatmebro User talk:Comatmebro 16:34, 29 February 2016 (UTC)

Entreculturas tag

Is it Wikipedia's policy that we should not translate articles from foreign languages unless we are prepared to improve them by adding references that they never showed. If so, please give me a reference on this rule. Note that I duly placed the "translated" tag on the talk page of this article. Thanks! Jzsj (talk) 02:51, 31 March 2016 (UTC)

If you go to WP:Translation there is information on translating articles, sources, etc. I'm not sure of the policy you are referring to at the moment. Comatmebro User talk:Comatmebro 15:24, 1 April 2016 (UTC)
