Your comments also indicate you are likely a recently blocked editor who is now evading that block and either editing while logged out, or using multiple IP addresses to edit, in violation of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. I looked at the comment you linked. While critical, it is not disruptive, and a better decision would have been to just leave it there. We do not enforce rules for the sake of enforcing rules. We enforce rules when doing so makes things run more productively. Occasionally a new user is blocked prematurely.
