List of episodes

The second and final season of the American animated television series Lilo & Stitch: The Series, a sequel spin-off of the 2002 film Lilo & Stitch produced by Walt Disney Television Animation, features four episodes that are crossovers with other TV shows that were produced by the studio and/or also aired on Disney Channel. These episodes—"Morpholomew", "Spats", "Rufus", and "Lax"—are crossovers between Lilo & Stitch: The Series and, respectively, American Dragon: Jake Long, The Proud Family, Kim Possible, and Recess.

The first three episodes were directed by Victor Cook and respectively written by Brandon Sawyer, Heather Lombard and Evan Gore, and Jim Peronto, who all wrote other episodes of Lilo & Stitch: The Series. "Lax" was directed by Rob LaDuca and written by Mark Drop, the latter who wrote multiple episodes of Recess; "Lax" was the only Lilo & Stitch episode he wrote.

Plots[edit]

"Morpholomew"[edit]

Lilo clumsily skateboards her way into the Birds of Paradise Hotel to see her crush Keoni Jameson. He is interested in winning a high-end skateboard from an upcoming skateboarding competition but he won't be able to compete as his father is taking him and their family on a trip to Australia to avoid the crowds. Lilo decides to enter the competition to win the board for Keoni.

She does some practice later that night, but despite her subpar skateboarding ability, she easily convinces herself that she's ready. As Stitch removes Lilo's skateboard from a thatched umbrella Lilo got it stuck into, he inadvertently knocks an experiment pod off the umbrella and into a nearby fountain, activating the red blob-like Experiment 316; Stitch promptly befriends the experiment after a brief scuffle. At home, Jumba explains that X-316 is designed to change others' appearances into an exact replica of others, provided X-316 is given visual reference, although their voice remains the same as before.

On the day of the competition, Lilo, Stitch, Jumba, and X-316 all head to the skate park, but Lilo is denied entry to the competition as she is under the minimum age of 10 to enter. Lilo then gets the idea to use X-316 to change herself into the older Keoni, and X-316 obliges. At the same time, Jake Long, Luong Lao Shi, Fu Dog, Trixie Carter, and Spud Spudinski have flown all the way from New York City after hearing reports of undisguised magical creatures roaming around Kauaʻi in public. Jake is also planning to compete in the competition, while Lao Shi notices and falls in love with the local fruit vendor Mrs. Hasagawa.

Lilo, as Keoni, does a poor skate run and gets eliminated from the competition. She is then approached by a girl around Keoni's age named Sara, who claims to be his girlfriend. Shocked by this, "Keoni" rejects this claim, causing Sara to run off crying. Stitch disapproves of Lilo's callousness but she brushes it off. She then grabs X-316 to try to find the picture of another competitor to disguise herself as. Jake Long notices the disguised Lilo "manhandling" X-316, mistaking the experiment for a magical creature, and shapeshifts into his dragon form. Gantu, who mistakes Jake as being the experiment, captures the dragon almost immediately afterward and takes him to his ship to teleport over to Dr. Hämsterviel. Lilo arrives at the registration desk with Stitch and X-316 too late, seemingly unable to enter again, but they then hear an announcement that Jake is missing for his run. She then has Stitch grab Jake's photo and X-316 change her appearance again to Jake. After arriving on Gantu's ship, Jake, breaking the fourth wall in annoyance about dealing with aliens, breaks out of captivity and flies out of the ship to return to the skate park.

Lilo, now disguised as Jake in his human form, does another poor run and gets eliminated again. X-316 runs off to chase a butterfly and is found and captured by Gantu. Lilo/"Jake" is then approached by Spud and Trixie, who tell her they were also supposed to find magical creatures, and then Stitch tells Lilo that X-316 is missing. The real Jake, still in his dragon form, arrives and he and Stitch fight. Lilo stops the fight and tells the truth about who she is and why she disguised herself as Jake to him and his friends. Jake tells her that X-316 was taken by Gantu over to his ship. Lilo, Stitch, Jake, Spud, Trixie, and Fu Dog, then rescue X-316, who restores Lilo to her true appearance and changes Gantu's appearance into a rabbit.

The group then return to the skate park and see the competition's winner receive the prize skateboard. Lilo then sees the heartbroken Sara still crying and decides to have X-316, who Spud names "Morpholomew" after Trixie deems Lilo's suggestion of "Changer" to be lame, change her appearance back into Keoni to repair his supposed relationship. However, Trixie convinces her not to use Morpholomew for any further shapeshifting. Lao Shi and Mrs. Hasagawa return from their day out together, but must go their separate ways. Lilo, Stitch, and Morpholomew bid farewell to the American Dragon crew as the latter group leave to fly back to New York, and the real Keoni arrives back from his trip, to Sara's happiness. He then tells Sara that he only likes her as a friend and wants her to stop telling people that she's his girlfriend. Lilo then gets Morpholomew a job at the local costume shop as his "one true place", where the experiment gets to enjoy fried chicken as payment.

"Spats"[edit]

"Rufus"[edit]

Lilo and Stitch are playing hide and seek at night when Stitch is suddenly kidnapped a flying drone. Lilo hurries home to tell Jumba and Pleakley about Stitch's kidnapping and that they need to rescue him. Lilo suggests they use Jumba's spaceship, but he tells her that it's not working. She then says she would go rescue Stitch on her own, but Jumba forbids her from going on dangerous missions without 626 (Stitch). Pleakley, having looked through several magazines earlier for his "Earth research", suggests hiring Kim Possible for the mission after reading about her in a magazine. Although Lilo tries to deny this suggestion, claiming that they can rescue Stitch themselves, Pleakley sends an urgent e-mail to Kim Possible anyway.

After sometime, Kim, her best friend and crimefighting partner Ron Stoppable, and Ron's pet naked mole-rat Rufus arrive at the Pelekai residence. Lilo tries to deny Team Possible's help, still desiring to rescue Stitch herself.
