Vincent Amanor-Boadu is an Agribusiness Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Kansas State University. He is also the Director of the Innovation Center at Kansas State University.

Amanor-Boadu obtained his PhD from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. He was the Director of Research at the George Morris Centre, Canada’s independent agri-food think-tank. After leaving the George Morris Center in 2000, Vincent was the Managing Director of AgriFood Innovations, a strategic consulting firm focusing on agriculture, food and biotechnology industries.

Amanor-Boadu conducts research in the area of entrepreneurship and supply chains.
