About me

Former Qualified Chef turned communications and journalism student residing in Brisbane Australia, I am an avid reader and learner who loves to write and who grew up primarily in the 1990's and the early 2000's. Since then I have seen the world change rapidly in the west, due to connectivity to Web 2.0 and the rise in media which has really accelerated and accentuated the culture of the present day. Having grown up originally Baptist and now a Presbyterian who adheres to the Westminster Confession and the Nicene Creed, I class myself as a Reformed Christian, or Lutheran if you will.

Highlights

• Travelled to: London, Paris, Vienna, Budapest.
• Worked for Accor, Holiday Inn, and various restaurants as a Chef de Partie.
• Read the book of Concord and the Institutes of Faith Volume 3.
• Confessor to the Westminster and Augsburg Confessions of faith.
