Cultural mobility is the temporary cross-border movement of artists and artworks which may be useful to gain professional experience required for career advancement, as well as advance artistic endeavour. It represents an integral part of the regular work life of artists and other cultural professionals.[1]
Cultural mobility is often connected to educational, capacity-building, networking, or working purposes and it can lead to political, environmental, social, ethical and economic implications to those involved in it.[2]
