Use

This template is used to identify categories that are created without members. The full syntax is:

{{nomembers|var1|wait=|user=}}

where:

• var1 is the required creation date
• wait= is the number of days allowed for category population (default=4)
• user= is the optional username

This template creates the following category notice box: {{#ifexpr:0<1|

This category shall be deleted if it has no members.

If the category has no members after the expiration date, this template adds the category to Category:Categories for deletion.
