Alleged illegality of FM translator[edit]

The FM Translator associated with WXJO is W222BC, located in Sandersville Georgia. The FCC changed policy to allow AM stations to be rebroadcast on FM translators, especially important to allow daytime only AM stations to remain on the air 24 hours a day.
