Base[edit]

It seems the Institute was based in London in 1972 [1]. It was based in Tunbridge Wells in 1978 [2]. The World of Learning says, in both editions, that it was founded in 1966, rather than 1965. Possible future disambiguation[edit]

The Institute for Cultural Research is the London-based group founded by Idries Shah. Currently Institute for Cultural Research redirects there.

However, other ICRs exist, so maybe keep "Institute for Cultural Research" for possible future disambiguation?

Official name of charity[edit]

Have checked the UK Charity Commission and also the ICR's official web site and can confirm that the title is "The Institute for Cultural Research" with a leading "the".

Default sort is set to "Institute for Cultural Research, The".
