Name[edit]

Just in case any Dane wondered: "The Funen Village" seems to be the name used by Odense Municipality. I would personally have translated the name as "The Funish Village". Valentinian ^{T / C} 22:07, 25 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"The" in title[edit]

Is there a special reason why "The" is included at the start of the article name? My reading of Wikipedia:Naming conventions (definite and indefinite articles at beginning of name) is that this should be avoided where possible.— Rod ^talk 19:25, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
