Copyright violating content removed[edit]

I have removed content from the article which was added after the 10:16, 8 August 2006 revision as the content added on 9 September 2006 was a copyright violation of this site. Apologies to all contributors since then. – Toon ^(talk) 21:58, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
