Wow... I could totally be wrong, but... do we really need this much picture for this little text?? I don't want to remove anything because I don't know the subject well enough to know whether the "group" image (for lack of a better description) is actually helpful, but it doesn't seem very relevant to me, particularly when we have the other one.
