The request to citations is quite out of place, sleep diaries are as common in medicine as anamnesis records and as a matter of fact become part of it. It is as to ask for citation that medical records are used for knowing about patients. Are you sure of this tagging? Are you a medical editor? Librarian2 16:27, 16 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • I don't think academic citations are necessary, but Wikipedia articles require sources, even in this kind of obvious things (Many of the older articles have "unreferenced" tags because of this...). The article does not require academic sources, but, for example, if you know a good source about using or filling sleep diaries, that would be good. - Skysmith 16:38, 16 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
