Set point theory is no established concept[edit]

I have looked into the following reference books and they don't even mention this theory:

  • Ross: Modern Nutrition in Health and Disease (11th edition)
  • Medeiros: Advanced Human Nutrition (4th edition)
  • Gropper: Advanced Nutrition and Human Metabolism (7th edition)
  • Encyclopedia of Human Nutrition
  • Patel: Handbook of Nutrition, Diet and Epigenetics
