The first four conserved sites in the image in this article are: Y-Y, E-E, C-C, N-N. Then there's a conservative-mutation segregating site: E-Q. That's easy to follow. But the next site, R-C, is listed as neither a conserved site nor a segregating site. What does that make it? Smacdonald (talk) 04:56, 4 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
