"Golf" section[edit]

Support for the statement "Wilke was an excellent golfer." seems weak. The bases for that evaluation are: 1) a golf club pro saying, "A solid four handicap, but his putting is deteriorating. Wilke must have won more celebrity tournaments than you can count." and 2) "James Garner also said that Wilke was the best golfer among the showbiz crowd at the Riviera."

I am no golf expert, but I wonder whether having a four handicap and winning celebrity tournaments makes a person an excellent golfer. I also wonder whether being "the best golfer among the showbiz crowd at the Riviera" is sufficient to classify a person as an excellent golfer. Eddie Blick (talk) 01:51, 15 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
