The Wikipedia article referred to a church periodical Der Waechter Zions; such a title is unknown. Several different titles existed over the years:
1884 – 1894 „Der Herold“ 1895 – 1906 „Wächterstimmen aus Ephraim“ mit „Der Herold“ als Beilage zu „Wächterstimmen aus Ephraim“ 1907 – 1908 „Apostolisches Sonntagsblatt“ 1909 – 1921 „Neuapostolische Rundschau“ 1921 – 1934 „Wächterstimme aus Zion“ 1935 – 1988 „Wächterstimme“

Based on the date which seems to be undisputed, the conclusion is that the article in question must have appeared in Waechterstimmen aus Ephraim. A lengthier discussion about the unknown title can be found on the German Wikipedia pages where it was also Waechter Zions.
