Kudos[edit]

I like the very end of this article -- I think it's a very common sense explanation of what a putative spouse is. Wikipedia for legalese is valuable when it possesses this quality. I mention this on this talk page so that the explanation doesn't get haphazardly removed at some point, and because whoever wrote that into the page deserves to know they're doing the law section of Wikipedia a great service.
