A person is presumed to be notable if he or she has been the subject of published secondary source material which is reliable, intellectually independent and independent of the subject.Today, anyone can create their website or get a book published about themselves. Therefore, official website is not a strong source for notability of a person.Just A website about a person does not make him encyclopedic subject.
