Inaccurate short description[edit]

Just want to leave a message noting that I changed the shortdescr which has existed since this article's creation, because I couldn't find the slightest indication in its content that this practice was specifically targeting the change of ethnic features. In fact, decent detail is provided to *counter* that interpretation, focusing instead on fixing injuries or perceived abnormalities of prisoners' faces. Please clarify if I've missed something!
