Fair use rationale for Image:Porcelain (Moby) - Cover.jpg[edit]

Image:Porcelain (Moby) - Cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Infobox
  • Use the {{flatlist}} template in the format, genre and label parameters. Use this as an example.
    • Not done, for now. The use of flatlist has not been officially been mandated, as community consensus is still divided. A majority of music articles still incorporate commas as opposed to the flatlist. I have no problems with the use of either, but I do admit a preference towards commas stylistically. Since flatlist usage hasn't become an official Wikipedia guideline, I see no reason to change them; if it does, I'll be happy to oblige. Holiday56 (talk) 13:23, 29 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Porcelain (song)[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Porcelain (song)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "UK":
  • From Slipping Away (Moby song): "Slipping Away". Chart Stats. Archived from the original on 13 February 2013. Retrieved 23 September 2011.
  • From Rob Dougan: "Rob Dougan" (select "Singles" tab). Official Charts Company. Retrieved 25 November 2011.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 19:03, 24 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Release date[edit]

The release date in the side-bar for Play states the release date is June 1999, but the linked article puts it at 12 June 2000. CltNC830 (talk) 14:26, 10 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
