Lorraine[edit]

"In August 1944, he took part in the uprising to liberate Paris. After that, he went to Lorraine, to help liberate that city."

Lorraine is not a city but a department. Maybe it is supposed to mean Metz? or some other city? Or did he help to free the whole region/area?
