Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because the individual is a steering member for a national political party in Poland, has been prominent in their work of translating cultural works into Polish, has won multiple awards for their work within Science Fiction and Fantasy.

The article will continue to be expanded when time permits me to add additional notable information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cdjp1 (talkcontribs)

Well, I'm not really objective on the issue and I'm not sure if I'm notable enough for anything beyond Polish Wikipedia, but I think it at the very least deserves an AfD instead of speedy. Anyway, I just fixed it up and translated bits from the Polish Wikipedia. Ausir (talk) 01:52, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Removing notability and close connection tags[edit]

Given this article has remained up for over two years since the deletion debate and has numerous sources referring to the subject's status as a notable award-winner in the SFF community and noteworthy political activism, I'm going to remove the notability tag. As for the close connection tag, I've reviewed the sources and the article material and it seems NPOV and to rely solely on the sources, so I don't think the content is compromised.
