McNulty v. Moussaoui[edit]

So this is the guy that led the famous Z. Moussaoui case -- the one in which the U.S. nearly lost to a foreigner without a law degree and who spoke broken English. Didn't McNulty call a "Do Over", and there was a retrial or something. I believe this trial was so poorly handled it almost became a joke... no wonder... now we know who was leading it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 12.110.112.30 (talk) 19:44, 2 April 2007 (UTC). HE JUST RESIGNED[reply]

This does not look appropriate to wiki - I would also submit that the extended coverage of the federal prosecutor firings could probably be cut down to three sentences and some links. Is the post about the firings or McNulty? Any answer from posters with more experience than I have?

Contrasting statement on resignation at March 26, 2007[edit]

McNulty Quote: "I have no plans to step down," McNulty said. "I intend to cooperate with the Committee in anyway they choose."

The U.S Opioid epidemic and the Purdue Pharma non-prosecution[edit]

Should a section be added about his and Alice S. Fisher's decision to overrule the prosecutors in charge of the Purdue Pharma prosecution? This happened back in 2007 and was well reported but it's back in the news because of the documentary The Crime of the Century. Roan Asher (talk) 13:41, 23 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
