More work needed[edit]

I removed the nearly decade old refimprove tag today, since yesterday's internet access problems meant my post didn't take (perhaps providential given the typos before coffee took effect). Nonetheless, I realize this needs additional work that I cannot do while on travel, and urge further improvement.Jweaver28 (talk) 12:43, 5 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I skimmed the book cited yesterday and did some cleanup of this article this morning, as well as added a link to an online collection which contains photos which could be added to this article. However, I'm backlogged on other matters, and need to travel again to the midwest. Thus, I don't know when I'll be able to do more cleanup on this or bishop Spalding's article, since it would be useful to review a book or article on Utah socialists that I once found in a google search (but not recently, tho I might've seen it in an online collection available only in-library yesterday). FYI, I'm not sure whether the Quinn book on Jstor is the same as that available at the USU link, or a prior draft. However, it seems many of the early mission photos are now copyright free (before 1923). Hint, hint....16:15, 21 September 2017 (UTC)

Relatives[edit]

I would bet that his mother, Sarah Eastman Coffin Jones, is fairly closely related to some other famous figures of the period, like Crystal Eastman, Max Eastman, Levi Coffin, Phebe Ann Coffin Hanaford, and Martha Coffin Wright. Sondra.kinsey (talk) 19:45, 8 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
