1969 or 70?

- The "history" section clearly states which founding events happened in which of those two years. The problem is the WP:DISINFOBOX, which pushes editors to pick a single date as "the" starting date without any nuanced description of what that date actually means. —David Eppstein (talk) 01:34, 13 August 2020 (UTC)
