Ocky Milkman[edit]
Aren't you going to mention Ocky Milkman from "Under Milk Wood"? Who dreams of pouring milk into the river, "regardless of expense"? I would imagine that's what Momus had in mind when he named the album.
BTW if you haven't listened to Under Milk Wood, it was written as a play for radio, so audio is best, you should. Listen to it. It's amazing, fantastic, tender, funny, cruel, deep and shallow. It's very, very good. An hour out of your life to elevate your heart, go find a copy, the BBC one is good.
