Update: Grand theft charges[edit]

WP:GNG would be most applicable here. Just because it was shown to be a con doesn't not necessarily mean its non-notable. WP:HOAX would not apply since there are a few other mentions out there about this league. If you want to put it up for WP:AFD though, you will need to get an account here. May be AfD worthy based off of WP:EVENT (specifically WP:SENSATION) though. Might pass GNG if the report from the missed tryout camp in PA (from a Pittsburgh new source so possible WP:ROUTINE coverage) and the theft charge report both count as significant and independent coverage.
