Merge Discussion[edit]
There two articles to be merged are:
- National Institute of Historic and Artistic Heritage
- National Historic and Artistic Heritage Institute
I would argue that the better name is "National Historic and Artistic Heritage Institute", as the better translation. It's the Heritage that's national, not the institute (althought they both are as far as I know) in the portuguese "Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional". However google and google books searches disagree with this point of view. I guess either way is fine really.

- IPHAN uses various translations of its name, and you'll see others in the literature. "National Institute of..." will work if it's not changed again. Prburley (talk) 04:13, 20 February 2017 (UTC)
