Reference for postal agency?[edit]

I've just updated the entry to indicate that there is now a Community Postal Agency at the store. What kind of reference is appropriate here? I've confirmed it by speaking to the postmistress, who brought out documents showing the date, but that's nothing we could put in Wikipedia. Ideas? Groogle (talk) 00:10, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
