This article lacked vital information regarding this important oil spill. I added sections that contain information on the incident itself, as well as its effects on the environment, tourism, and wildlife. I also added information on the response to and cleanup of the spill. I also slightly reformatted the existing information that was present on the page regarding the legal response to the spill.
