Photos[edit]

So many photos of Miyoko appear, and usually they are staged. I'd like to see something more like what the company does successfully! MaynardClark (talk) 14:25, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

That's a nice idea. I didn't find any photos of her with the proper licensing from this list, WP:ICTIC, when I looked. I saw Miyoko's Creamery has a good photo of her cheeses on bagels. What do you think about emailing her to ask if she knows of any properly licensed photos? Is that an okay thing to do on WP? Jmill1806 (talk) 14:48, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe some California Wikipedian will attend some public event and snap a picture of Miyoko's public appearance making faux butter... MaynardClark (talk) 14:51, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
That would be perfect! *lights a smoke signal for the California editors, but realizes they probably won't see it through their own smoke...* Jmill1806 (talk) 15:09, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

To add to article[edit]

To add to this article: the names of her children. Isn't her daughter her assistant/webmaster in her videos? 173.88.246.138 (talk) 23:44, 7 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Done. 173.88.246.138 (talk) 23:57, 7 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia articles for the awards (which deserve recognition of their notability)[edit]

There should be distinct Wikipedia articles for the awards (listed in this article) and the organizations sponsoring them.

  • Vegetarian Hall of Fame
  • North American Vegetarian Society

et al.

A more robust Wikipedia on these topics would be a serious and significant contribution to posterity. MaynardClark (talk) 02:27, 21 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
