Suggest to change second paragraph of Career: Beyak is critical of the findings of the Truth ... and put it under a new separate "Controversy" section. Now wiki (talk) 23:18, 9 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Not done for now: please see WP:CSECTION and let me know if there is a better name for the section — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 09:32, 10 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Reply - Just read this and thought I would chime in here. CSection prevents any separate section for being in line with Wikipedia's manual of style, but in this case it is even more important not to separate the material, as it is what she is best known for and what the majority of reliable sources have covered. Regarding the second sentence of the second para. of Career section, "Beyak said that those findings overshadowed the 'good deeds' of ...", but according to a different source, it's reported that she said: 'Mistakes were made at residential schools – in many instances, horrible mistakes that overshadowed some good things that also happened at those schools,'. Should the word "the" be changed to "some"? Now wiki (talk) 15:38, 10 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure that sentence would read well after this change, and the meaning is not significantly different ... — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 09:03, 15 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Changing offensive to racist[edit]

I believe we need to edit "considered offensive toward First Nations peoples" to "considered racist toward First Nations peoples. Pattycursed (talk) 00:03, 4 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Can she be removed from Wikipedia?[edit]

We now know the extent of the devastation of the residential school system here in Canada. Please remove any mention of this woman from anyone's view. At the very least put this one of the dark web. Please. 216.26.201.115 (talk) 11:12, 10 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
