Why is Tops Supermarket listed as defunct?[edit]

Tops is listed in the defunct category. Is there any explanation for this? It still operates. Is this an error?101.51.47.215 (talk) 05:32, 22 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you look in the history, you'll see that someone previously tried to distinguish between "Tops Supermarket" (their old name, though the Wikipedia article still uses it) and "Tops Super" and their other new brands, but the annotations were lost in this edit. --Paul_012 (talk) 08:25, 5 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
