Help about the template

Hi all, I'll be improving this page, so I've tagged it with the underconstruction template. However the template says: "If this article has not been edited in a while please remove this template." so I don't know if this tag is sound because my edits will take long time to arrive. Whatever - my objection was that the original messaage was actually visible without having to edit the page. Art LaPella 04:39, 9 February 2006 (UTC)
