Miniseries?[edit]

If this was really a miniseries…why did Hulu have the capacity to cancel it? The wiki article even reads it was ordered to full series, and the usage of miniseries is not cited 108.41.81.126 (talk) 01:43, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Huh... Thanks for pointing this out. This was my doing. I could have sworn early coverage was calling it a limited series, but now I can find no such evidence. I must have confused that with something else at a similar time. I'll go ahead and fix this. -2pou (talk) 02:48, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

How to improve Kindred (TV series)[edit]

Hulu must complete the project else suffer at least the appearance of anti-wokeness if not worst. Octavia E. Butler's use of science fiction in her book "Kindred" offers a perspective of the truth and pain of America's past with a feeling in the present tense; thus it is "woke." To leave Butler's story only half told when the acting, directing, screen-play and cinematography are spotless leaves a feeling of the social inequalities and injustices from the past in a way Butler never intended.
