ADMASK[edit]

I saw this draft was denied with a citation of WP:ADMASK, and while there were certainly a few sentences that were a bit problematic I don't see this as a legitimate reason to deny the whole article as it seems to adhere very well to WP:NPOV and WP:RS. I have done some cleaning up of the article but would be very interested to hear from any users who can expand on the reasoning for denial based on WP:ADMASK.
