Can you provide sources to show that it is indeed commonly used? ― Tartan357Talk 11:19, 22 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I saw it in the literature and not only one time: [1], [2], [www.archyde.com/who-is-hibattulah-akhundzada-the-supreme-leader-of-the-taliban-still-invisible/], [3] etc. --Thesmp (talk) 11:32, 22 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose for now. Doesn't seem to be common name. Although I am sympathetic to the desire to removing parenthetical disambiguation, "first" doesn't seem right. There have been prior emirates in Afghanistan, that were Islamic, so this was not the first. Walrasiad (talk) 01:02, 2 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose for the same reasons as the user above mentioned. --WR 12:48, 2 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose for above reasons. Doesn't appear to be common name. VideōEtCorrigō (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 05:13, 6 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

A suggestion on adding the surface area of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (1996-2001). Warrior354 (talk) 14:26, 2 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 14:28, 2 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
