I've spun this article off from material in the Ontario Human Rights Commission article. Reggie Perrin (talk) 19:33, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think this is a good move. This issue deserves its own page. (Hyperionsteel (talk) 00:51, 11 May 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Question: Why are Andrew Coyne's extensive real-time blogs not included? Rwerner —Preceding comment was added at 09:27, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sources[edit]

This article needs better sources than op-ed pieces from the National Post. News reports would not be a problem, bu the Post seems to have a particular bias. Even that's alright (as all sources have bias), be we are relying far too heavily on it.

The Post only seems to have bias relatively to some of the other media. Careful examination, however, shows that it is indeed just that relative difference that accounts for the perception of bias, and the articles in question are quite sensible. ThVa (talk) 03:07, 6 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This article contains perhaps a dozen quotations from the plaintiffs, expressing the totality of their argument in clear terms. It contains only a small handful of quotations from the defendants, and those do not express their arguments accurately. Short version, this is a horribly, horribly biased article written by supporters of the plaintiffs. It needs to be rewritten from the ground up by a writer who does not have a dog in the hunt. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Phil Weingart (talkcontribs) 16:51, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I just wanted to note that the following are now dead links. It is important to get an updated source for these quotations--can anyone help/fix?
